Yesterday night several Art-Galleries around the Tophane neighbourhood in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district were attacked by a group of locals. Dozens of Art-Lovers were attacked and beaten. Witnesses report that the local Police watched and did nothing to diffuse the situation.
